It is kind of sad, as I slowly walked down the road
The things that meet my eyes, I couldn't help but feeling demoralize
Pricked my heart, like pins that I couldn't remove
As reality showed me and it has proved
The evolution of mankind, has lots of man, but diminishing kind
Yes, Mother Nature and Creator of it all, it is your signs
Of things to come, cos of the people they have become
They have naturally succumbed, with open arms they welcomed
Of what virtue has sustained over the centuries, vanishing
Of what the world has lots its grandeur, came back in vengeance of ills.

It is kind of sad, as optimistic, as positive as I can ever be
The things that meet my eyes, are bleaker than it seems
Squinting my eyes, trying to see the tiny flicker of light
It is so in vain, it is seems more likely, a helpless plight of no delight
Fighting, contemplating, deciding, lamenting
There is no end to this life's series repeating
Of what has gone from wrong to worse
Finally so degradingly remorse
As all nature joined forces to fight back
For its not worth giving all what it has.

It is kind of sad, indeed

The implications of perceptions
The complexity of emotions
The layers of disguises that mask the truth

That is if one dun care enough to know more than "I"
